By agreeing with this Booking Policy, the client agrees to the following terms:
- The use of wheelchairs, pushchairs or walking aids are not authorised on the alpaca walk as the experience involves trekking through fields that maybe rough, bumpy or muddy.
- Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn, either sun cream & hats for summer sun, or waterproofs & wellies for those wetter days.
- Mulberry Alpacas has the right to stop or cancel the experience should any person pose a risk to themselves or the welfare of the alpaca or other walkers.
- Clients must arrive on site 10 minutes maximum before the start of the experience so they can book in. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late will not be able to take part in their public activity and as such will lose their booking (no refund, transfer or gift voucher will be given).
- Everyone booked on the experience has to attend the full safety briefing prior to the event.
- Everyone booked on the experience is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their children, any unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated, and they will be asked to leave.
- Each person booked on the experience must have taken medical advice on any pre-existing conditions and can confirm it is medically safe for them to participate.
- If anyone becomes unwell at any time, they must inform the leader straight away.
- Everyone on the experience must acknowledge that there are risks involved and that they are walking on uneven occasionally slippery ground. They must fully realise the dangers of participating and, although the animals are fully halter trained, they may rarely be frightened which may cause unpredictable behaviour. Therefore, everyone must assume the risk associated with their participation and their well-being and safety during the ‘Alpaca Experience’.
- Everyone must understand and agree that situations may arise during the ‘Alpaca Experience ’, which may be beyond the immediate control of the organisers.
- Strictly no dogs on site.
- Strictly no smoking on site.
