Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases from Mulberry Alpacas and to have the utmost confidence in our products and services. If you have any problems at all with your order please let us know and we will sort it out for you!

You may cancel your order for goods at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you by notifying us in writing at our address, or by email. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the goods may be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery for an exchange or refund - the goods must be unused and in their original packaging as delivered to you. We cannot refund postage costs for unwanted goods.

Any claims for damage to delivered goods must be made to us within 3 working days of receipt of your order. All original packaging must be retained and returned. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will repair, replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you the price paid plus delivery and return charges. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

We currently offer two delivery options which can be selected at checkout:

STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £4.50
Standard delivery within the UK costs £4.50 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders should ordinarily arrive within 5 days (excluding weekends)

SPECIAL DELIVERY BY 1PM - £7.50
Items ordered by 5 pm will be posted the following day with a guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day.
